What you will do

• Design new products and develop manufacturing processes from concept to production.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure design requirements are met.
• Conduct design reviews and manage formal product releases.
• Perform product characterization, functional testing, and competitive analysis.
• Manage development projects in accordance with ISO/IATF procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in new product development, R&D, or NPI for high-precision electro-mechanical products.
• Profound knowledge in CAD, mechanical design, tolerance studies, and design for manufacturability.
• Strong background in project management for product design and process development.
• Proficiency in quality tools including 8D, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Above-average English oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with materials processes and magnetics/electromagnetics.
• Mechanical or Multiphysics simulation capability.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as Minitab.
