What you will do

• Own end-to-end processing of complex, high-value customer orders including multi-product bundles and global shipments.
• Validate and release orders in Business Central, ensuring pricing, payment terms, and configurations are accurate.
• Coordinate software entitlements with the Licensing Specialist and hardware shipments with supply chain teams.
• Serve as the senior point of expertise for order discrepancies, exception handling, and complex customer requirements.
• Provide lead-level guidance, training, and quality coaching to US and UK-based team members.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including bookings reconciliation and inventory adjustments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in order administration, order management, or inventory management.
• Demonstrated experience as a senior or lead-level contributor with informal coaching or training responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes and ERP systems like Business Central.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Beaverton, Oregon.
