Salary: $190,000 - $230,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end order management across AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplaces, ensuring accurate provisioning and transactions.
• Design and implement automation across the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle to enhance scalability as transaction volume grows.
• Own operational readiness for new product launches, performing UAT and defining system requirements for marketplace surfaces.
• Establish and maintain robust SOX controls over marketplace transactions, disbursements, and internal reporting.
• Partner with Billing Engineering and Finance to optimize billing systems and support consumption-based transactions.
• Manage private offer creation, pricing configurations, and external marketplace partner relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Expert understanding of Q2C processes for SaaS, including subscription and consumption-based models.
• Hands-on experience with cloud marketplace integrations (AWS, GCP, Azure), including private offers and metered billing.
• Proficiency with ERP and billing platforms such as Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, Oracle, or Workday.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic automation initiatives end-to-end.
• Must be based in or be able to work from San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Order Management or Billing Operations within high-growth SaaS companies.
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
• SQL and database experience for a data-driven approach to process design.
• Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams to scope and prioritize systems work.
