Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (SaaS): Managing financial planning, forecasting, and analytical infrastructure for the Go-to-Market organization with an accent on revenue models, pipeline coverage, and GTM expense optimization. Focus on translating complex financial data into executive narratives and driving decision-making through SaaS metrics analysis.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in Addison, TX). Sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

What you will do

• Own the revenue forecast by partnering with Sales leadership to build bottoms-up pipeline-driven models.
• Develop and maintain driver-based GTM expense models for Sales and Marketing, including headcount and quota capacity.
• Lead monthly and quarterly GTM financial reviews, providing variance analysis with clear narrative context.
• Support the annual budget and strategic planning cycles for all GTM functions.
• Analyze pricing, packaging, and transactional product economics alongside customer adoption trends.
• Partner with GTM leadership to embed finance into operational reviews and identify financial risks or opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent proven work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with meaningful exposure to GTM in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to build revenue and bookings forecast models with pipeline-based drivers.
• Strong grasp of SaaS GTM metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and Pipeline coverage.
• Experience utilizing CRM and billing system data, specifically Salesforce and NetSuite.

• Ability to leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to create process efficiencies.
