Senior Director, Global Order to Cash (Finance)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Order to Cash process design and execution across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Oversee billing, collections, credit management, and customer master data activities.
• Manage financial continuity and reconciliations under Commercial Service Agreements (CSA) and Transition Service Agreements (TSA).
• Define and monitor KPIs including DSO, aging, and billing accuracy to drive performance.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Audit to ensure regulatory and financial control adherence.
• Drive long-term transformation of the O2C model using automation and AI-based tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 10+ years of experience leading Order to Cash functions in complex global organizations.
• Deep expertise in accounts receivable, credit risk, and revenue recognition.
• Experience managing internal teams and third-party BPO/shared service providers.
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce ERP/CRM platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Orlando, FL.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience in media, entertainment, or digital advertising revenue models.
• Experience with post-merger integration or spin-off activity.
• Knowledge of AI-based reconciliation and workflow optimization tools.
