What you will do

• Maintain the company-wide master production schedule across all facilities and product lines.
• Translate bookings and customer demand into executable production plans.
• Analyze capacity models to identify bottlenecks, overbookings, and execution risks.
• Develop quarterly production and shipment forecasts to support revenue objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive schedule adherence and optimize factory performance.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools using SQL, Python, and Power BI to support operational decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in master scheduling, production planning, or operations management.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR export authorization.
• Advanced experience with ERP/MRP systems and capacity planning in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or automotive manufacturing.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Proficiency with AMP, MES, or APS systems.
• Advanced data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI.
