What you will do
- Lead the delivery of enterprise commercial platforms including CRM, CPQ, Service, and eCommerce solutions.
- Drive the execution of strategic technology roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage third-party implementation partners and vendors to ensure quality delivery and expected outcomes.
- Serve as the primary IT partner for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service technology initiatives.
- Ensure programs adhere to enterprise PMO standards, cybersecurity policies, and SOX compliance.
- Champion organizational change management and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise IT solution delivery or business relationship management.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale CRM, CPQ, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of B2B commercial business processes (sales, service, marketing).
- Expertise in program governance, portfolio management, and Agile/hybrid delivery models.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience leading transformation programs within global or matrixed organizations.
- Familiarity with eCommerce ecosystems and customer experience platforms.
- Certifications in Agile, PMP, SAFe, or Salesforce.
