What you will do

• Design and lead analytics frameworks to measure team productivity, velocity, quality, and security posture.
• Drive requirements for transformation dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
• Partner with Agile Coaches, DevSecOps, and Engineering leaders to define and evolve secure software development practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to build scalable data pipelines and models ensuring data integrity.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership to influence investment decisions and transformation roadmaps.
• Align metrics with business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Security, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, engineering, or agile transformation roles.
• Deep familiarity with agile metrics including cycle time, lead time, DORA metrics, and story point velocity.
• Proven experience with secure SDLC practices and DevSecOps principles.
• Technical expertise in data engineering and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Harness, or Planview.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with complex team structures and regulatory requirements.
