Location: Must be based in Houston, Texas. The role follows a hybrid workplace model requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Design and lead analytics frameworks to measure team productivity, velocity, quality, and security posture.
- Drive requirements for transformation dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
- Partner with Agile Coaches, DevSecOps, and Engineering leaders to define and evolve secure software development practices.
- Collaborate with engineers and analysts to build scalable data pipelines and models ensuring data integrity.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership to influence investment decisions and transformation roadmaps.
- Align metrics with business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Security, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, engineering, or agile transformation roles.
- Deep familiarity with agile metrics including cycle time, lead time, DORA metrics, and story point velocity.
- Proven experience with secure SDLC practices and DevSecOps principles.
- Technical expertise in data engineering and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Harness, or Planview.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with complex team structures and regulatory requirements.
