What you will do
- Own primary relationships for an enterprise client portfolio across EMEA, building trust and creating client advocates.
- Drive client satisfaction by surfacing feedback, escalating blockers, and representing client needs across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Strategic Consulting.
- Facilitate recurring client calls and quarterly business reviews, ensuring each touchpoint is insight-led and action-oriented.
- Enable adoption by educating clients on data models, best practices, and how to translate insights into workforce planning, talent acquisition, and skills strategy.
- Monitor client health metrics, identify renewal risk early, and execute mitigation plans with the Account Team.
- Partner with Sales on expansion opportunities and own renewal forecasting with Revenue Operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of account management, customer success, or client-facing experience in a B2B SaaS, data, or analytics environment.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise portfolios, drive adoption and retention, and meet or exceed renewal targets.
- Consultative mindset with experience translating complex data products into business value.
- Experience running executive-level business reviews and communicating value clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Must be based in Germany or the United Kingdom and eligible to work there.
Nice to have
- Experience with HR, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, or workforce planning buyers.
- Familiarity with workforce intelligence, labour market analytics, or HR technology.
- Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Totango).
- Background in a PE-backed, high-growth, or transformation-stage company.
- Proficiency in French or another European language.
