What you will do

• Own revenue growth and pipeline quality for the German marketplace advertising business.
• Manage and develop strategic seller accounts to drive incremental advertising investment.
• Develop and pitch insight-led campaign concepts tailored to German market dynamics.
• Build strong business cases focusing on ROI and competitive advantage for stakeholders.
• Partner with Campaign Management and Ad Tech teams to ensure scalable growth.
• Monitor pipeline health and identify opportunities to close revenue gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketplace, Retail Media, or B2B sales with direct revenue responsibility.
• Proven track record in strategic account management and influencing investment decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen, pitching, and storytelling skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical and results-oriented approach to performance data.
