What you will do

  • Be the primary contact for B2B customers including solar installers and utilities in the German market.
  • Onboard customers and guide them through the entire lifecycle post-signature.
  • Collaborate with development teams to leverage customer feedback for software improvements.
  • Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Strategically plan and implement projects to drive company growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • C2-level German proficiency is required.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success with direct customer engagement.
  • Technical background, preferably in industrial engineering.
  • Previous experience in a startup ecosystem.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
