TL;DR

Associate Client Executive (Sales): Drive sales across Commercial accounts in Hamburg territory to achieve revenue goals with an accent on hunting, proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline generation. Focus on acquiring new customers, expanding workloads, and co-selling with partners and distributors.

Location: Based in/around Hamburg, Germany with ability to travel regularly to customers and partners; hybrid working environment with some in-office and in-person expectations.

What you will do

  • Drive territory and account execution across defined Commercial accounts to meet revenue goals.
  • Generate and qualify pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, targeted outreach, and follow-up.
  • Build and progress opportunities with Client Executives, Solution Engineers, and virtual account team.
  • Expand existing business by identifying growth opportunities and increasing adoption across use cases.
  • Co-sell with Channel Partners, GSIs, and Distributors; follow up on campaign and event leads.
  • Maintain sales discipline: CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and structured deal reviews.

Requirements

  • Based in/around Hamburg with ability to travel regularly.
  • Ambition to deliver results; comfortable with proactive prospecting including cold calling.
  • Strong motivation for new business acquisition and building pipeline from scratch.
  • Team-based selling mindset; work independently and seek feedback.
  • Clear communication skills; capture customer needs and next steps structuredly.
  • Relevant experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Fluent German and English (C1).
