What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for assigned media agencies to increase adoption of and programmatic advertising revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior agency leaders and engage operational teams such as media planners and buyers.
- Lead negotiations and close long-term commercial agreements aligned with solutions.
- Train and enable agencies to become advocates through in-depth platform education and demonstrations.
- Partner with internal account, sales, and product specialists to deliver tailored solutions for agency clients.
- Track industry trends and present performance metrics and insights to align on goals and optimize platform usage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic sales, with a strong focus on agency partnerships.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Proven success growing accounts within media agency networks (HoldCo and independent).
- Ability to manage C-level relationships and influence decision-making across organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, agency operating models, and digital advertising technologies.
- Experience creating client pitch decks, negotiating contracts, and meeting/exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
