What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for assigned media agencies to increase adoption of hirify.global and programmatic advertising revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior agency leaders and engage operational teams such as media planners and buyers.
  • Lead negotiations and close long-term commercial agreements aligned with hirify.global solutions.
  • Train and enable agencies to become advocates through in-depth platform education and demonstrations.
  • Partner with internal account, sales, and product specialists to deliver tailored solutions for agency clients.
  • Track industry trends and present performance metrics and insights to align on goals and optimize platform usage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic sales, with a strong focus on agency partnerships.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Proven success growing accounts within media agency networks (HoldCo and independent).
  • Ability to manage C-level relationships and influence decision-making across organizational levels.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, agency operating models, and digital advertising technologies.
  • Experience creating client pitch decks, negotiating contracts, and meeting/exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
