Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year plus quarterly bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct onsite F&I compliance audits and deal jacket reviews at dealership locations.
• Train dealership teams on state and federal compliance requirements.
• Advise clients on Advertising, Sales, and Finance regulations to minimize risk.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with dealer management and state associations.
• Document all activities and client interactions in Salesforce.
• Promote company growth by identifying and submitting sales leads and referrals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of automotive dealership experience in F&I, sales compliance, accounting, or operations.
• Strong understanding of dealership compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Must be comfortable with frequent travel throughout the assigned territory (approx. 10 nights per quarter).
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasive skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new mobile applications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
