What you will do

• Design and articulate hirify.global Score solution configurations aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution walkthroughs, and value-based discussions with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Translate complex model performance and analytic usage into clear business and ROI narratives.
• Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to support new logo acquisition, expansion, and renewal motions.
• Provide technical input for pricing, RFx responses, and deal review materials.
• Validate client-facing materials, including presentations and ROI models, for accuracy and relevance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Subject matter expertise in US credit risk, consumer lending, and retail banking analytics.
• Strong experience in presales, solutions consulting, or a similar analytical client-facing role.
• Ability to translate technical concepts and model performance into business value for executive audiences.
• Experience in client discovery, analytic use cases, and operationalizing analytics in financial services.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including Sales, Analytics, and Product Management.
