What you will do

• Partner with control management professionals to manage end-to-end compliance and operational risk processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Compliance, and Digital functions.
• Support large-scale operational risk programs and enhance key control functions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of controls through testing and risk assessments.
• Conduct risk assessments for new marketing initiatives and capabilities.
• Monitor, manage, and remediate identified control deficiencies.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in risk management, marketing, operations, compliance, or audit.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in New York, NY.
