What you will do

• Visit Ford dealerships to provide business process consultation, training, and data analysis.
• Coach dealership staff on utilizing hirify.global solutions to increase parts sales volume.
• Partner with automaker field staff to increase awareness of hirify.global technologies.
• Execute and track fee-based field engagements and provide recaps to dealers.
• Analyze usage data to identify market trends and implement action plans for dealer performance.
• Maintain accurate call records and sales leads in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Requirements

• Must live in Tampa, FL or Orlando, FL.
• Must be willing to travel nationally by car and plane 80% of work time.
• Valid driver's license that is Real ID compliant.
• At least 1 year of account management or consultative sales experience.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
