TL;DR

Implementation Specialist II (Automotive): Facilitating the adoption of Service Suite solutions for dealership teams with an accent on instructor-led training, change management, and customer enablement. Focus on delivering high-impact training sessions, advising on best practices, and driving long-term product value through cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Role is remote, but travel to customer sites may be required up to 100% of the time.

What you will do

  • Deliver on-site and virtual instructor-led training throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Facilitate role-specific training for dealership service department stakeholders.
  • Secure buy-in from dealership leadership regarding new processes and technology.
  • Advise customers on best practices and revenue-driving functionality to promote adoption.
  • Document all training activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, including presentations and instructional videos.

Requirements

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to train effectively in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in an automotive service department.
  • Software implementation or customer onboarding experience.
  • Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
  • Experience using Salesforce.
