What you will do

• Develop, debug, and deploy test solutions for digital, high-speed digital, SoC, mixed-signal, and analog semiconductor devices.
• Design and review load board and probe card schematics for test solutions.
• Analyze and recommend solutions on hirify.global ATE platforms to optimize customer throughput.
• Collaborate with customers to understand and improve test processes and coverage quality.
• Release test solutions to production, including correlation and gauge R&R.
• Provide technical training, exchanges, and documentation to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 8-12 years of experience in the semiconductor testing industry.
• Hands-on experience with IC component testing project development.
• Proven experience with ATE platforms such as hirify.global UltraFlex, Advantest V93K, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in C#, C++, C, or Java.
• Ability to travel 25% or more, domestic and international.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Knowledge of handler and prober interface experience.
• Understanding of ATE industry trends and competitive product positioning.
• Supervisory experience in leading teams.
