What you will do
- Support account strategy to maximize and protect revenue for a portfolio of clients.
- Manage smaller dollar transactions and change orders in coordination with Account Managers.
- Generate and mature sales pipeline through customer interactions and coordinated campaigns.
- Coordinate consulting services scope and pricing for professional services needs.
- Prepare and deliver renewal audits and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Support, and Product to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Requirements
- Native level Japanese proficiency and Business level English required.
- 2-3 years of business experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or Business Management.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings or events.
