What you will do
- Own the configuration, data model, and administration of Salesforce and the wider GTM tech stack.
- Maintain data quality standards including deduplication, enrichment, and normalization across all commercial platforms.
- Translate commercial process requirements into system logic, building and testing workflows and routing rules.
- Manage end-to-end data flow between CRM, CPQ, Marketing Automation, and Call Intelligence tools.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline health and operational metrics.
- Act as a player-coach to the Salesforce Admin, raising the technical bar of the team.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK or Netherlands with legal eligibility to work (no sponsorship provided).
- Proven experience in RevOps or CRM administration within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce data model design, flow automation, and permissions.
- Ability to independently diagnose integration issues by reading API logs and isolating root causes.
- Strong understanding of B2B GTM processes, including lead lifecycles and renewal workflows.
- Experience translating business requirements into clear technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot, Gong, Clay, or Planhat.
- Experience creating AI-led automation and agents.
- Exposure to revenue intelligence or intent data platforms.
- Experience in multi-region or multi-currency SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with basic scripting or API usage for automation.
