What you will do

• Analyze EHS data to develop and implement strategies that reduce accidents, injuries, and environmental risks.
• Design and implement process improvements to minimize safety incidents and environmental impact while balancing manufacturing and production needs.
• Monitor upcoming regulatory changes and implement actions to maintain compliance with local laws.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Support internal and external audits, including inspections by government agencies.
• Lead and support sustainability programs to drive continuous improvement and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university education.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of EHS compliance requirements and programs.
• Safety Officer 4 certification required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
