What you will do

• Ensure facility compliance with national, provincial, and local EHS&S regulations and company standards.
• Lead the execution of key safety initiatives including risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training.
• Manage industrial hygiene programs and oversee EHS permitting processes for new plant projects.
• Facilitate People and Environmental Care (PEC) committee activities and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
• Collect and report accurate EHS&S metrics and KPIs to support regional and global sustainability goals.
• Train plant associates on incident reporting, near-miss investigation, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in EHS&S management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of local and national environmental, health, and safety laws.
• Ability to lead risk assessments, industrial hygiene monitoring, and corrective action planning.
• Experience in managing EHS permits and supporting project teams.
• Proficiency in data collection, KPI reporting, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pulandian, China.
