What you will do

• Manage a diverse caseload of professional indemnity, cyber, management liability, and public/employers' liability claims.
• Take full ownership of claims from initial notification through to final settlement.
• Apply detailed policy wording knowledge to provide well-reasoned and commercial claims decisions.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with brokers and key partners.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team on projects and initiatives to improve service quality.
• Ensure all claims outcomes align with company values and technical standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds, UK.
• Proven experience handling professional indemnity, cyber, or management liability claims.
• Strong understanding of policy wording and claims handling processes.
• Legal qualification or significant claims experience, with CII study completed or in progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
