• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to meet account performance goals.
• Track support requests and provide regular status reports to management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Scottsdale, AZ
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ticketing, live entertainment, or software account management
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Proficiency in technology and ticketing platforms
• Strong communication and project management skills
