Salary: $118,700 - $169,800 USD

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and configuration of Oracle EPM Planning solutions including workforce, capital, and revenue planning.
• Partner with FP&A and Finance leadership to align EPM capabilities with strategic planning objectives.
• Design and maintain dimensional models, metadata structures, business rules, and calculation scripts.
• Oversee data integrations between Oracle EPM and upstream/downstream systems like Oracle ERP Cloud and NetSuite.
• Establish governance, documentation, and development standards across the EPM environment.
• Coordinate work with third-party contractors and implementation partners to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience implementing and enhancing Oracle EPM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle EPM Planning / EPBCS.
• Deep understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, and financial statement structures.
• Experience operating in SOX-controlled or highly regulated environments.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior Finance and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Advanced credentials such as CPA, CMA, or MBA.
• Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency organizations.
• Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, or PeopleSoft.
• Experience leading enterprise financial planning transformation initiatives.
