Senior EPM Solutions Architect (Oracle EPM)

Salary: $118,700–$169,800 USD per annum

What you will do

• Lead the technical and functional architecture, design standards, and roadmap for Oracle EPM Planning and EPBCS.
• Architect, configure, and enhance enterprise applications for workforce, capital, revenue, operating expense, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Design driver-based planning models, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and long-range planning frameworks.
• Maintain dimensional models, metadata, business rules, calculation scripts, and security configurations.
• Oversee integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, and other upstream or downstream systems.
• Provide production support, establish governance and change-management standards, and coordinate contractors and implementation partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EPM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle EPM Planning / EPBCS.
• Experience with annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, driver-based planning, workforce planning, capital planning, revenue and expense modeling, and scenario/version management.
• Hands-on experience with Data Integration, FDMEE, REST APIs, and EPM Automate.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, financial modeling, financial statements, stakeholder communication, and SOX-controlled or highly regulated environments.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or a similar advanced credential.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency organizations.
• Experience leading enterprise financial planning transformation initiatives.
