What you will do

• Design and develop high-speed EVK hardware for optical validation of DSP products.
• Review and drive high-quality schematics with focus on signal and power integrity.
• Collaborate with PCB layout engineers to ensure high-speed design compliance.
• Plan and execute board builds, including component selection and procurement.
• Lead hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation using lab equipment like oscilloscopes and TDRs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Strong experience in high-speed, high-density PCB design for data-center or networking applications.
• Proven ability to review complex schematics for digital and mixed-signal designs.
• Proficiency with Cadence OrCAD and Allegro PCB design tools.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.

Nice to have

• Experience with substrate-like PCBs or advanced materials.
• Prior exposure to optical modules, coherent or PAM4 systems, or DSP-based platforms.
