What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and bring-up of hardware system platforms.
• Perform schematic entry and collaborate with layout engineers for PCB design.
• Ensure signal integrity (SI/PI) and optimize power delivery and high-speed interfaces.
• Establish and maintain engineering hardware standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior hardware engineers.
• Lead design reviews and drive process improvements to increase productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor's with 12+ years, MS with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in developing board-level hardware and systems.
• Proven success in taking hardware systems from concept to production.
• Expertise in system architecture, SI/PI, power, and high-speed interfaces.
• Proficiency with schematic capture software.
• Must be based in or work from the San Jose headquarter office.
