What you will do

• Monitor and manage engineering KPIs for internal and external suppliers.
• Perform root cause analysis for production incidents involving silicon devices.
• Develop and implement technical solutions for front-end and back-end manufacturing challenges.
• Assess and identify optimization opportunities within the production process.
• Participate in process transfers and industrial projects as a key technical member.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in back-end manufacturing of discrete semiconductors, specifically with leaded, leadless, and WLCSP packages.
• Solid knowledge of FE wafer processing, including metallization and grinding.
• Proficiency in 8D problem-solving, process knowledge, and failure analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex technical problems independently.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work effectively within international teams.
