What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close for Claims solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, claims leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct consultative product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • 6–8 years of B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Experience selling into insurance carriers, claims organizations, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
