What you will do

• Identify and qualify prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and sales presentations virtually or onsite.
• Manage the sales pipeline by following up on inbound and marketing leads within 24 hours.
• Maintain and update customer account records and provide accurate product quotes.
• Liaise between the company and customers regarding pricing, services, and product launches.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate expense accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum of a B.A./B.S. degree
• 5+ years successful experience in sales and account management
• Strong technical and software aptitude
