What you will do
- Partner with manufacturing and R&D teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Own the application lifecycle for local OT/IT systems, including development, validation, and release management.
- Manage multiple IT/OT projects, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and perform complex troubleshooting of systems, infrastructure, and databases.
- Network with global IT/OT resources to implement best practices and reusable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and 3 years in OT infrastructure support.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience in a Technology Integrator or Business Analyst role.
- Direct experience with Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Proficiency with ITIL management tools, specifically ServiceNow.
- Technical understanding of manufacturing-related data, networking, and relational databases.
