Snr Analyst - TechOps IT

Location: Fort Dodge, Iowa, United States; on-site position. Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shift, with occasional exposure to production and R&D areas.

What you will do

• Partner with manufacturing and R&D stakeholders to analyze business needs and define application and operational requirements.
• Own the lifecycle of local OT/IT systems, including solution development, vendor management, computer system validation, break-fix support, and release management.
• Manage multiple IT/OT projects, including plans, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshoot systems, infrastructure, and databases.
• Network with IT and OT resources across hirify.global to share reusable solutions and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Process Automation, Operational Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of Information Technology experience and 3 years of Operational Technology infrastructure support experience.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, facilitation, teamwork, and self-management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant business processes such as laboratory, supply chain, quality, or science operations, with commitment to safety policies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not anticipated for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Technology Integrator or Business Analyst.
• Experience with Computer System Validation and qualification processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, manufacturing computer systems, networking, security, wireless infrastructure, and relational databases.
• Experience identifying and implementing best practices across multiple sites.
