Senior Business Analyst (ERP)

Location: Hybrid role for candidates located in the Southeast region of the United States, with travel and onsite requirements.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide analytical services and support the development of project work products.
• Analyze client requests for proposals and support proposal responses.
• Support ERP platforms and technology consulting engagements that improve organizational operations.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and effective communication among key stakeholders.
• Perform system analysis, business and technical leadership, software engineering, code development, and related IT duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively while handling confidential information and multiple priorities.
• Must be located in the Southeast region of the United States and able to meet hybrid, onsite, travel, and set working-hour requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, or PeopleSoft.
• Knowledge of ERP architecture, integrations, data management, reporting, and enterprise application development.
• Experience with cloud ERP solutions, SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, CDS Views, OData Services, or SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs.
• Knowledge of project management, SDLC, and IT service management practices.
