Senior Systems Analyst (Veeva/Vault CRM)

Location: Lexington, Massachusetts, United States; conditions also list Plainsboro, New Jersey. Requires 0–10% overnight travel.

Base compensation: $120,300–$222,600 annually, plus eligibility for a company bonus and potential long-term incentive compensation or company vehicles.

What you will do

• Lead the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, integration, testing, enhancement, release, and support of Veeva/Vault CRM solutions.
• Translate commercial business requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions and advise on configuration, integration, data, security, and workflow approaches.
• Lead complex projects from initiation through implementation and post-implementation support, managing scope, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors, and deliverables.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, developers, data and integration teams, quality and compliance partners, and external vendors.
• Develop system lifecycle documentation, coordinate functional and integration testing, validation, regression testing, performance testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Evaluate responsible AI and generative AI use cases for business-process improvement, automation, productivity, and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute where appropriate.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in IT, systems analysis, application management, project delivery, or related disciplines.
• Strong hands-on Veeva/Vault CRM experience covering solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, releases, enhancements, and production support.
• Experience leading complex IT or application projects, managing cross-functional teams, vendors, stakeholder communications, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Experience with requirements development, solution design, system integrations, data flows, interfaces, lifecycle documentation, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Knowledge of FDA-regulated environments, computerized system validation, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
• Enterprise-scale Veeva/Vault CRM implementations, migrations, releases, or major enhancement programs.
• Experience working with Veeva or Veeva implementation partners.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, including governance, data privacy, security, compliance, validation, and risk management.
