FSMS Systems Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based at an hirify.global site in Hillsboro, Oregon, with additional locations in Phoenix, Arizona; Folsom, California; and Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role requires splitting time between on-site and off-site work in the United States.

Annual salary: $105,300–$148,660 USD.

What you will do

• Support the FCS application with FSMS as a primary contact for system support and enhancements.
• Collect and analyze user requirements, define system scope and objectives, and design suitable information systems.
• Prepare workflows, models, procedures, feasibility studies, project plans, and technical documentation.
• Configure solutions using agile methods and coordinate application development, testing, demos, and user support.
• Work with business stakeholders on training, change management, and operations processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes and provide consultation on automated systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of hands-on business systems analysis experience, or a relevant master's degree with 2+ years, or a relevant PhD.
• Experience with system configuration and integration processes.
• Experience designing workflows, charts, or diagrams for business systems.
• Knowledge of unit, integration, and acceptance testing methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, collaboration, and business process improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience facilitating web-based business application development and agile software development.
• Knowledge of factory capital processes, HVM manufacturing processes, organizations, and business processes.
• Experience managing small- to medium-sized projects.
• Experience with EMS and FCS systems.
