Salary: $95,000 – $145,000 CAD

What you will do

• Coordinate with business owners to gather requirements and manage project documentation.
• Analyze system impacts and provide cost/benefit and risk assessments for proposed requirements.
• Create process models and utilize UML tools to design Use Cases, Class, and Sequence Diagrams.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents for Guidewire applications.
• Configure, customize, and test Guidewire applications to align with business needs.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering with 5+ years of IT experience (or High School Diploma with 7+ years of experience).
• Proven experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Expertise in process reengineering methodologies such as LEAN or Six Sigma.
• Strong proficiency in business systems integration and process modeling tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada and available for hybrid office attendance.
