Location: Hybrid role requiring three days per week of in-person presence in Canada
Salary: $95,000 – $145,000 CAD

What you will do
- Coordinate with business owners to gather requirements and manage project documentation.
- Analyze system impacts and provide cost/benefit and risk assessments for proposed requirements.
- Create process models and utilize UML tools to design Use Cases, Class, and Sequence Diagrams.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents for Guidewire applications.
- Configure, customize, and test Guidewire applications to align with business needs.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering with 5+ years of IT experience (or High School Diploma with 7+ years of experience).
- Proven experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Expertise in process reengineering methodologies such as LEAN or Six Sigma.
- Strong proficiency in business systems integration and process modeling tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada and available for hybrid office attendance.
