What you will do

• Support financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and periodic management reporting.
• Maintain revenue and profit-based forecast models and analyze historical and current operating data.
• Monitor actual results against plans, identify trends, and escalate risks and opportunities.
• Analyze client segmentation, profitability, pipeline activity, and conversion data.
• Prepare data summaries, reports, recommendations, and monthly or quarterly performance analyses.
• Participate in benchmarking, process-improvement initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of analytical experience in finance or a related business role; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of budget preparation, financial policies, accounting practices, procedures, and GAAP.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and statistical analysis, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Access or a similar database application.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, confidentiality, and ethical judgment.

Nice to have

• Financial services industry experience.
• Exposure to enterprise resource planning and reporting systems such as Hyperion or NetSuite.
• Leadership experience in an organization, athletic team, or similar group.
