Finance Consultant (Advanced Performance Materials)

Location: Hybrid position at the Wilmington, Delaware headquarters, United States

Salary: $97,843–$152,880 annual base pay; annual bonus target: 8%

What you will do

• Support the monthly financial consolidation process for the Advanced Performance Materials business unit.
• Provide financial analysis to product line management and commercial teams for business decisions.
• Develop financial models for investment decisions, including NPV and IRR analysis.
• Improve reporting and forecasting processes through system automation initiatives.
• Prepare ad hoc scenario analyses and support targeted business partnering opportunities based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business finance, accounting, or strategic financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Proficiency with Adjusted EBITDA, Free Cash Flow, and Adjusted Net Income.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement at the Wilmington, DE headquarters; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SAP and SAP Analytics for Microsoft Office.
• Experience building reports and visualizations in Power BI.
• Ability to work independently, maintain accountability, and improve business processes.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
