Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for US candidates.

What you will do

• Consolidate financial and operational performance data into executive-ready business insights.
• Manage governance cadences for Quarterly Business Reviews, Story Behind the Numbers, and Investment Reviews.
• Develop forecast summaries, risk assessments, ROI analyses, and investment recommendations.
• Align strategic initiatives with operational metrics, financial performance, and value-creation outcomes.
• Coordinate strategy and business planning cycles across supported businesses.
• Prepare executive review presentations and improve planning, reporting, and governance processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or business operations, preferably in technology, services, or SaaS.
• Experience with executive-level deliverables, business planning cycles, or governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of P&L dynamics, forecasting, investment ROI, and performance management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Think-Cell, Excel or equivalent analytical tools.
• Strong project and program management, presentation, storytelling, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• CPA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance is preferred.
