Financial Operations Accountant

Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, US

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annual

What you will do

• Own financial performance for complex projects, including revenue, costs, cash flow, and risk.
• Prepare forecasts and perform variance analysis.
• Deliver actionable insights across P&L, cash flow, and backlog.
• Partner with Operations, Project Management, and Finance leadership.
• Maintain strong financial controls, data accuracy, and process discipline.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in operational finance, accounting, FP&A, or project-based environments.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience translating data into clear, actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, US.
