Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead and develop production staff to maximize productivity, efficiency, and associate engagement.
- Ensure daily production deliverables and client SLAs are met while managing unit costs.
- Collaborate with internal departments like Client Services, Facilities, and Compliance to meet business objectives.
- Monitor production area safety, cleanliness, and equipment performance, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Manage shift handovers, attendance, and staffing requirements to ensure production continuity.
- Support operational budgeting and participate in audit meetings, providing necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
- At least 5 years of experience in production operations, manufacturing, or logistics, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Must be able to work onsite in Markham, ON, including night shifts and weekends as required.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets and production reports.
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project.
