Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead and develop production staff to maximize productivity, efficiency, and associate engagement.
• Ensure daily production deliverables and client SLAs are met while managing unit costs.
• Collaborate with internal departments like Client Services, Facilities, and Compliance to meet business objectives.
• Monitor production area safety, cleanliness, and equipment performance, coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Manage shift handovers, attendance, and staffing requirements to ensure production continuity.
• Support operational budgeting and participate in audit meetings, providing necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
• At least 5 years of experience in production operations, manufacturing, or logistics, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Must be able to work onsite in Markham, ON, including night shifts and weekends as required.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets and production reports.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project.
