What you will do

• Complete three-month rotational assignments shadowing process engineers, safety managers, and business leaders.
• Contribute to plant optimization projects and apply problem-solving methodologies.
• Prepare detailed reports on manufacturing processes and equipment systems.
• Complete targeted management and leadership courses for entry-level managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Must be geographically close to Napanee, Ontario.
• Strong interest in manufacturing environments, specifically process and quality engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with experience working in team-based environments.
