What you will do

• Design and implement new production lines and improve existing manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain assembly and testing work instructions.
• Collaborate with operations and EHS to enhance safety and a sustainable safety culture.
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers for tooling and equipment construction and validation.
• Review assembly operations and component designs to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
• Support the production team during the assembly phase and assist with capital acquisitions.

Requirements

• University degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Entry-level experience or internships in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
• Basic understanding of 3D CAD design, preferably with SolidWorks and Solidworks Composer.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, including welding and machining.
• Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) and MRP systems.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
