What you will do

• Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes and promoting a sustainable safety culture.
• Support production teams during the assembly phase and implement new production lines.
• Create and maintain detailed assembly and testing work instructions.
• Analyze and acquire capital and tooling under technical guidance.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams on product development initiatives.
• Interface with suppliers and industry organizations to research new process designs and technology concepts.

Requirements

• University degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Entry-level experience or internships in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
• Basic proficiency in 3D CAD design, preferably SolidWorks & SolidWorks Composer.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, including welding and machining.
• Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) and MRP systems.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and project management methodologies.
