Compensation Range: $69,090 - $85,000

What you will do

• Schedule and supervise hourly production employees and manage indirect staff across Skilled Trades, Quality, and Logistics departments.
• Analyze and manage key performance metrics including production, scrap, downtime, and utilization.
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global Production Systems and customer quality requirements, managing line repairs and rework.
• Lead the execution of initiatives for Lean Manufacturing, Visual Factory, and 5S implementation.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and administer discipline to employees as required.
• Process daily time and attendance records via Dayforce in alignment with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Requirements

• Technological, Business, or other diploma from a Community College.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Technical expertise in molding, assembly, and equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must not require sponsorship for employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas.

Nice to have

• Supervisory experience in a unionized environment.
