TL;DR

Division Associate (Fintech): Managing client relationships and driving sales engagement within the internal sales desk with an accent on consultative selling and portfolio analysis. Focus on identifying new client opportunities, executing targeted digital campaigns, and advancing the client journey for financial professionals.

Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Lead consultative sales calls with financial advisors to deliver the Total Client Experience platform.
  • Execute targeted content campaigns and digital outreach strategies via Salesloft.
  • Analyze sales trends and client data using CRM systems to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate webinars, client events, and follow-up activities to nurture long-standing relationships.
  • Document all client interactions accurately to maintain data integrity and deepen system expertise.
  • Collaborate with marketing and data science teams to implement effective lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, Georgia.
  • 0–2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or client support.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness to acquire FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses within firm-defined timelines.
  • Consultative, client-first approach with a strong work ethic.

Nice to have

  • Prior sales experience.
  • Existing knowledge of Capital Markets, mutual funds, and ETFs.
