What you will do

• Collaborate with sales teams to support direct and indirect sales efforts.
• Discover customer requirements and align identity security solutions to address specific challenges.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead technical aspects of opportunities from discovery through evaluation to close.
• Engage with senior executives to articulate the business value of identity security.
• Contribute to technical content such as white papers, blogs, and customer success stories.

Requirements

• Must be based in Taiwan
• 5+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company.
• 3+ years of experience working with Identity, Governance, and Access Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of technical infrastructure including application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories.
• Ability to explain identity security processes, deployment models, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, and SQL.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
