TL;DR
Sr. Solutions Engineer, Professional Services (SaaS): Designing and delivering technical solutions to accelerate customer adoption of the communications platform with an accent on API integration, solution architecture, and implementation guidance. Focus on translating business requirements into scalable technical designs and solving complex integration challenges for enterprise customers.
Location: Remote - Must be based in Canada (specifically Toronto or Vancouver)
Compensation: CA$100,000 – CA$145,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business goals, workflows, and integration requirements.
- Design best-practice solution architectures and implementation plans tailored to customer needs.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor during onboarding, validation, optimization, and launch phases.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve product gaps and triage customer escalations.
- Improve delivery quality by creating templates, playbooks, and reusable technical assets.
- Contribute to Statement of Work (SOW) scoping, effort estimation, and delivery planning.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or Solution Architecture.
- Strong proficiency with APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and cloud/SaaS integrations.
- Must be located in or able to work from a state/province where is registered.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an MBA is a strong plus.
