Location: Remote - Must be based in Canada (specifically Toronto or Vancouver)

Compensation: CA$100,000 – CA$145,000 (OTE)

hirify.global provides APIs that streamline the integration of email, calendar, and contact management features into applications for developers globally.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business goals, workflows, and integration requirements.
• Design best-practice solution architectures and implementation plans tailored to customer needs.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during onboarding, validation, optimization, and launch phases.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve product gaps and triage customer escalations.
• Improve delivery quality by creating templates, playbooks, and reusable technical assets.
• Contribute to Statement of Work (SOW) scoping, effort estimation, and delivery planning.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or Solution Architecture.
• Strong proficiency with APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and cloud/SaaS integrations.
• Must be located in or able to work from a state/province where hirify.global is registered.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an MBA is a strong plus.
