What you will do

• Lead technical discovery meetings and platform demonstrations for new and existing customers.
• Execute comprehensive Proof of Value (POV) engagements to validate technical solutions.
• Translate customer business challenges into actionable technical strategies.
• Partner with sales and field engineering teams to ensure effective account management.
• Present technical solutions to diverse audiences, including technical users and executive leadership.
• Represent the company at regional marketing events and conferences.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Seattle territory.
• 4+ years of operational or selling experience in endpoint operations or security.
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing or support roles.
• Proven expertise in software pre-sales within large enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of endpoint security, IT operations management, or regulatory compliance.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
