Contracts Manager

Location: Must be based in London, UK. This position is hybrid, requiring office attendance a minimum of four days per week.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle from deal memo to final execution.
• Lead contract management for assigned territories and product categories.
• Ensure accurate deal entry in CRM and maintain compliance with licensing guidelines.
• Serve as a super-user for RightsLogic/RSG systems, providing training and support.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to resolve deal entry and accounting issues.
• Develop reporting tools to support business decision-making and track KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK.
• Relevant work experience in Consumer Products, Games, or Publishing businesses.
• Solid background in systems, policy setting, and process management.
• Advanced MS Office skills and excellent data analytical capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to produce accurate, fit-for-purpose reports from system data.
