TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London (Farringdon)

What you will do

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Licensing team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate and track licensing agreements throughout their entire lifecycle, including execution, amendments, and renewals.
  • Maintain precise records and documentation within internal systems to ensure compliance.
  • Act as the primary coordination point for selected partners on routine operational matters.
  • Liaise with internal Finance, Operations, and Royalties teams to support partner deliverables.
  • Assist in compiling reports on licensing activity and partner performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in licensing, publishing, media, data, or professional services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Exposure to CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to multitasking.
  • Experience supporting international customers or partners.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the London office.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with royalty reporting or content workflows.
